2007 Portfolio
The Story
In 2007 I created a flash based portfolio website, based around a video of my head, smiling and waving and generally looking vague. I was pretty proud of it at the time, and I sent it around to a bunch of agencies just as I was starting my honours year at university.
I went to a few job interviews around the same time. In one job interview I went to, the gentlemen was a little upset with me. He told me, very emphatically, that the video-of-my-head idea was in fact not mine. He had the exact same idea three years ago, when the technology to do such a thing did not yet exist.
I can't bring myself to let go of a site that created such an incredibly awkward job interview, and so here it is, in all its former glory.
